FAQs

Where and how does coaching take place?

All sessions are held online via Google Meets, with alternative platforms available if needed, at mutually convenient times.

I also offer unlimited messaging support to help accelerate your progress.

I can’t commit to 8 weeks, why can’t I just book one session?

Much like going to the gym to work on your body, mental performance coaching is like going to the gym for your mind. You’re not going to get a six pack after going to the gym once!

Negative habits, thought patterns, and beliefs take time to change. So in order to facilitate the growth and development you’re seeking, we need to make a time-appropriate commitment.

Can I work with you for a shorter/longer period of time?

The short answer is yes.

The long answer is that this will depend on your circumstances.

There are some athletes I work with indefinitely as part of their inner-team. And there are some athletes I work with on a shorter basis if there is a more urgent need (e.g. upcoming tournament in a couple of weeks).

How do I know if this will work for me?

The benefit of 1-to-1 coaching is that it is exclusively tailored to your individual needs. 


In an initial consultation call you'll have the opportunity to share your current situation in detail. From this I will then be able to propose a bespoke solution of how to help you.

Is this coaching only for professional athletes?

My coaching is for high-achieving performers who are serious about unlocking their full potential - whether in sport or business.

While I primarily work with athletes at the elite level, including world championship-level performers and those in the top 1% of their sport, my coaching is also tailored to high-level business professionals who want to adopt the mindset of top athletes to excel in high-pressure environments.

Can this coaching help me in multiple areas of life?

Yes! I have worked with many people who operate in multiple performance domains, e.g. “Student-Athlete” or “Business Owner and Musician”. 

If you’re in this position, then we will ensure the strategies discussed can be applied across all parts of your life where you identify as a ‘performer’. 

What if I can’t attend coaching sessions that have been scheduled?

I understand that everyone’s schedule changes due to training camps, competitions, and other commitments outside of our control.

So while we initially agree on a draft coaching schedule, I am happy to rearrange sessions to different times and dates when given sufficient prior notice.
