I'm Sam and I’ve coached high performers from over 25 countries and across 20+ sports - guiding world championship-level athletes and those in the top 1% to break through mental barriers and reach new heights.

How is this different from your YouTube videos?

If you’ve watched my YouTube videos before, you’ll know that I tell stories to 'set up' tools and tactics related to mental performance.

This storytelling is included as a way to appeal to the YouTube algorithm, which means I can't always give an in-depth account of the tools mentioned and instead, have to 'drip feed' the most useful information.

So this course strips back on the "building up to the idea" format of YouTube videos - every video is nothing but detailed information.

It provides a complete framework of what each tool/strategy is, guided instructions on how to implement it, and explanations of why they're vital to use.

This course is also 10x more structured than one-off YouTube videos. This means you'll be much more likely to experience a COMPLETE TRANSFORMATION in how you deal with pressure, rather than the 'surface-level' change that comes from watching one short video. 

How do I know this will work for me?

How long will it take for me to see results?

I'm not going to take the bullshit guru response of "This will give you IMMEDIATE & INSTANT results". I have too much respect for you to lie to you.

1) How deep-rooted your current relationship is to dealing with high-pressure moments.

For some people I've previously worked with 1-to-1, they've experienced years of choking under pressure and it's taken a few months of steady progress using these tools to make significant change.

For others, just using one of the tools once has dramatically shifted their entire ability to handle pressure better.

2) How regularly you apply the tools and strategies.

In the course you learn mental 'skills'. And just like any other skill, you need to practice these to get better at them. 

You know that doing a 'training drill' just once doesn't lead to your physical skills becoming exceptional, so why should it be any different for mental skills?

How much time do I need to devote to the course?

The average duration of the course videos is about 4 minutes. The reason for this is to provide super-detailed but succinct information that doesn't overwhelm you, yet is immediately actionable.
